To provide a workplace management system capable of suppressing the decrease in productivity in a workplace, and a workplace management method.SOLUTION: In a workplace management system 13, a management unit 14 inside a control facility 16 includes: an input data acquisition unit 142 that acquires condition input data from an iput unit 28; a watering condition determination unit 148 that determines the watering condition of an unmanned watering vehicle 3 in a workplace where unmanned transport vehicles are running based on the condition input data; and a watering condition generation unit 149 that generates watering condition. The watering condition determination unit 148 determines at least one of the first watering conditions for watering a first watering area in the workplace and the second watering condition to water a second watering area in the workplace which is larger than the first watering area as the watering condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
