NET MATERIAL FIXTURE AND FENCE BODY USING THE SAME
To provide a net material fixture with excellent workability, with which work to mount a net material to a frame material can be easily and safely performed, and to provide a fence body using the fixture.SOLUTION: A fixture 5 is equipped with a fitting base plate 6 attached to a frame material 3, a net material locking member 7 separate from the fitting base plate 6, and a fastening member 8 for combining them. An assembly hole 61 and a fastening member insertion hole 62 are formed on the fitting base plate 6. The net material locking member 7 has: an insertion piece 71 capable of being inserted into the assembly hole 61 of the fitting base plate 6; a net material receiving part 73 bent forward and continuous from one end edge thereof; and a locking claw piece 74 bent and extending from the front end edge in an opposite direction to the insertion piece 71, a fastening member attachment hole 72 is formed on the insertion piece 71. In a state where the insertion piece 71 is inserted into the assembly hole 61 of the fitting base plate 6 from the front side and stacked on the back side of the fitting base plate 6, the fitting base plate 6 and the insertion piece 71 are combined via the fastening member 8, and a tension wire 41 of a net material 4 is locked to the net material locking member 7 from the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】枠材に網材を取り付ける作業を容易に、かつ安全に行うことのできる、作業性に優れた網材の取付具と、その取付具を用いた柵体を提供する。【解決手段】取付具５は、枠材３に添設される取付基板６と、取付基板６とは別体の網材係止部材７と、それらを結合する締結部材８と、を具備する。取付基板６には組付孔６１と締結部材挿通孔６２とが形成される。網材係止部材７は、取付基板６の組付孔６１に挿入可能な挿込片７１と、その一端縁から前方に屈折して連続する網材受部７３と、その前端縁から挿込片７１と反対向きに屈折して延びる係止爪片７４と、を有して、挿込片７１に締結部材取付孔７２が形成される。挿込片７１が取付基板６の組付孔６１に正面側から挿入されて取付基板６の背面側に重ねられた状態で、取付基板６と挿込片７１とが締結部材８を介して結合され、網材４の張線４１が正面側から網材係止部材７に係止される。【選択図】図６
