PANEL JOINT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PANEL JOINT STRUCTURE
To provide a panel joint structure with excellent waterproofness, airtightness and workability of the joint part in a double sealing joint of a lightweight aerated concrete panel, and to provide a construction method of the panel joint structure.SOLUTION: Multiple lightweight aerated concrete panels are provided, joints are formed by butting the adjacent lightweight aerated concrete panels, the joint bottom of the joint recess provided along the joint is formed with lightweight aerated concrete panels or bottom insulation materials, a first primer layer, a first sealant, a backup material, a second primer layer, and a second sealant are sequentially provided on the insulation materials that are further provided on the joint bottom or the bottom insulation materials, and at least the first primer layer is composed of a primer agent that has a water permeability of 10 mm or less as measured in accordance with JIS A 6909 water permeability test method A using the lightweight aerated concrete as the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】軽量気泡コンクリートパネルの二重シーリング目地において、目地部分の防水性、気密性および施工性に優れたパネル目地構造体およびパネル目地構造体の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】軽量気泡コンクリートパネルを複数枚備え、隣り合う前記軽量気泡コンクリートパネル同士の突き合わせによって目地が形成され、目地に沿って設けられた目地凹部の目地底は軽量気泡コンクリートパネルまたは底部絶縁材で形成され、目地底の上にさらに設けられた絶縁材または底部絶縁材の上に、順に、第1のプライマー層、第1のシーリング材、バックアップ材、第2のプライマー層および第2のシーリング材を有し、少なくとも前記第1のプライマー層が、基板に軽量気泡コンクリートを用いたJIS A 6909の透水試験A法に準拠して測定された透水量が10mm以下であるプライマー剤から構成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
