To provide a fire door that suppresses heat transfer to a traveling portion and a drive device.SOLUTION: The fire door includes a transom 5 fixed to an opening 1; a rail base 21 that is attached to the outer surface of the transom 5 and supports a first sliding door 11 and a second sliding door 12 that open and close the opening 1; a hanging wheel 23 that is attached to the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12 and run on the rail base 21; and a drive device 20 that drives the opening and closing of the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12. In the fire door, the transom 5, the hanging wheel 23, and the drive device 20 are arranged in this order in the thickness direction of the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
