To provide a rail movable body, a rail movable type carriage, and a rail movable type scaffold which can safely perform work while reducing a load on a scaffold.SOLUTION: A movable body 10 moving on a rail 2 composed of a plurality of single pipes arranged in parallel with each other on a scaffold 1 assembled on a construction site, has: a movable body 20 on which a person and/or a luggage is mounted; a plurality of moving means 30 which are provided on a lower part of the movable body 20 and are brought into contact with the rail 2 and move while rotating or sliding; and stopping means 40 which is separable and accessible from/to the rail 2, transitions from a separation state to a contact state with respect to the rail 2, and thereby holds a stop state without moving the movable body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
