To provide an information display device, a control device, and a road information display system, which can effectively use a display part even when not calling for attention to a road user.SOLUTION: An information display device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a display part, a thermometer, and a control device. The display part displays road information. The thermometer measures an ambient temperature. The control device has a signal generating part that generates a first display signal to display a display object on the display part when receiving an outside instruction signal making the display part display a display object from the outside, and generates a second display signal making the display part display ambient temperature information based on a detection result of the thermometer as a road information when not receiving an outside instruction signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
