To provide a piece of functional water usage equipment capable of more effectively sterilizing using functional water.SOLUTION: The functional water usage equipment includes a water reservoir 11, a functional water supply system. a drainage part 16, and a water level change part 17. The functional water supply system includes a water spouting part 22 that spouts the functional water. The water reservoir 11 is capable of reserving reservoir water containing the functional water. The drainage part 16 drains the reservoir water from the water reservoir 11. The water level change part 17 changes the water level of the reservoir water in the water reservoir 11. The water level change part 17 is configured to change the water level of the reservoir water in the water reservoir 11 above the reference position 12a for a certain period after the water spouting unit 22 supplies the functional water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
