VENTILATION LOUVER DEVICE AND PANEL EQUIPPED THEREWITH
To provide a ventilation louver device capable of improving air permeability, impact resistance, and aesthetic property.SOLUTION: The ventilation louver device has a first louver blade member 5 and a second louver blade member 6 which are arranged vertically between front and rear face materials 3, 3 of a door panel 26. The first louver blade member 5 has a V-shaped groove 8 with a V-shaped cross-section, and the second louver blade member 6 has a V-shaped protrusion 10 with a V-shaped cross-section. When a required portion of a front side 11 of the V-shaped protrusion 10 is inserted into the V-shaped groove 8, a ventilation path 16 which is bent in a V-shape and opens on the front side and the back side of the panel is formed. First face material receiving faces 21 for receiving edge side portions 20 of the front and rear face materials 3, 3 are provided at both ends of the V-shaped groove 8, and second face material receiving faces 25 for receiving the edge side portions 20 of the front and rear face materials 3, 3 are provided at both ends of the V-shaped protrusion 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通気性向上、耐衝撃性向上、外観向上を図り得る通気ガラリ装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドアパネル２６の表裏の面材３，３間に上下方向に配置される、第１のガラリ羽根部材５と第2 のガラリ羽根部材６を有する。第１のガラリ羽根部材５は、横断面Ｖ字状のＶ字状溝部８を有し、第２のガラリ羽根部材６は、横断面Ｖ字状のＶ字状突条部１０を有する。Ｖ字状突条部１０の先側１１の所要部分がＶ字状溝部８に挿入されることにより、Ｖ字状に屈曲し且つ、パネルの表側と裏側で開口する通気路１６を形成する。Ｖ字状溝部８の両端部に、表裏の面材３，３の縁側の部分２０を受ける第１の面材受面２１を有し、Ｖ字状突条部１０の両端部に、表裏の面材３，３の縁側の部分２０を受ける第２の面材受面２５を有する。【選択図】図１
