To provide a composite slab and a composite floor structure which achieve weight reduction of the slab and have a sufficient horizontal load-carrying capacity.SOLUTION: There are provided a composite slab 10 and a composite floor structure in which a central region C separated from both ends by a distance L is composed of a wood part 12 and a reinforced-concrete part 14 formed on the wood part 12, and an end region E from both of the ends with a distance L is composed of only the reinforced-concrete part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
