BITUMEN TAPE ADHERING DEVICE
To provide a bitumen tape adhering device with excellent practicality, which enables the bitumen tape to be adhered to a vertical end surface at desired positions easily and desirably by developing a simple tape height adjustment mechanism that can adjust the vertical position of bitumen tape that is sent to and applied to end surfaces of asphalt pavement, and can be changed to the optimal position.SOLUTION: A bitumen tape adhering device has running casters, a bitumen tape holding part, a tape feeding guide mechanism that feeds the tape to the desired position on the end surface of asphalt pavement, and a tape pressing bar that presses the bitumen tape during application, in which a jig that is configured as a series in which the bitumen tape holding part and the tape feeding guide mechanism move in relation to each other has a tape feed guide adjustment plate supported horizontally by a shaft, the bitumen tape holding part and a supporting member that constitute the tape feeding guide mechanism are independently fixed on the adjustment plate, and the shaft is configured so that it can slide up and down with a linear bush, allowing the position of the adjustment plate to move up and down.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アスファルト舗装の端面に送られて貼付される瀝青テープの上下の位置を調整でき、最適な位置に変更できる簡便なテープ高さの調整機構を開発し、立面である端面への瀝青テープの貼り付け位置を所望のものに簡便にできるようにした、実用性に優れる瀝青テープ貼付装置の提供。【解決手段】走行用キャスタ、瀝青テープの保持部、アスファルト舗装の端面の所望の位置にテープを送るテープ送りガイド機構、貼付する際に瀝青テープを押し付けるテープ押さえバーを有し、瀝青テープの保持部とテープ送りガイド機構とが関連して動くようにした一連一体に構成された治具が、シャフトで水平に支持されたテープ送りガイド調整板を有し、該調整板に、瀝青テープの保持部とテープ送りガイド機構を構成する支持用部材とが、独立に固定されてなり、シャフトはリニアブッシュで上下に摺動して調整板の位置が上下に可動できるように構成された瀝青テープ貼付装置。【選択図】図１
