【課題】 脱プラスチックや竹林問題解決の一助となるボイドスラブ及びボイド形成用竹を提案することにある。【解決手段】 本発明のボイドスラブは、コンクリート中にボイドを備えたものであって、コンクリート中に中空部を有する竹が埋設され、当該中空部によってボイドが形成されたものである。ボイドを形成する竹は複数本埋設することができる。ボイドを形成する竹として、内部に内板を備えた竹、一又は二以上の節を備えた竹、内面と外面の双方又はいずれか一方にガラス層を備えた竹、油抜きをして乾燥させた竹等を用いることができる。本発明のボイド形成用竹は、ボイドを形成する用途でコンクリート中に埋設される竹である。【選択図】図１
