MORTAR EXTERIOR WALL AND FIXING STRUCTURE THEREOF
To allow, in a mortar exterior wall with a ventilation space formed by arranging a furring strip between a base plate and a lath mortar layer, a frame and the mortar exterior wall to deform integrally against an external force acting on a wooden building to increase the strength (bearing capacity) of the wooden building, and to prevent the mortar exterior wall from peeling off from the frame even if the mortar exterior wall shakes significantly due to an earthquake or strong winds.SOLUTION: A mortar exterior wall 10 is fixed to a frame 1 of a wooden building. The mortar exterior wall 10 comprises ventilating furring strips 11, 12, 13, lath nets 21, 22, 23 and a mortar layer 16. The lath nets 21, 22, 23 consist of strip-shaped ribs 21R, 22R, 23R arranged at regular intervals and net sections 21N, 22N, 23N formed between the ribs 21R, 22R, 23R. The lath nets 21, 22, 23 are fixed to the frame 1 by a lot of screws 31 that penetrate the ribs 21R, 22R, 23R and are screwed into the ventilating furring strips 11, 12, 13 and a frame material of the frame 1 in the mortar exterior wall 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下地板とラスモルタル層の間に胴縁材を配して通気用の空間を形成したモルタル外壁において、木造建築物に作用する外力に対して躯体とモルタル外壁が一体となって変形して木造建築物の強度(耐力)を高めると共に、地震や強風等によりモルタル外壁が大きく揺れても、モルタル外壁が躯体から剥がれないようにする。【解決手段】木造建築物の躯体1に固定されるモルタル外壁10であって、モルタル外壁10は、通気胴縁材11、12、13、ラス網21、22、23及びモルタル層16を備え、ラス網21、22、23は一定間隔で配置された帯状のリブ21R、22R、23Rとリブ21R、22R、23Rの間に形成された網部21N、22N、23Nからなり、リブ21R、22R、23を貫通して通気胴縁材11、12、13及び躯体1の骨格材にねじ込まれる多数のビス31により、ラス網21、22、23が躯体1に固定されるモルタル外壁10。【選択図】図1
