WORK GONDOLA
To provide a low-cost and easy-to-assemble work gondola with a high degree of freedom in installation on external wall surfaces with no need to install large-scale equipment to arrange a series of temporary guide rails from the top floor to the lower floors in a high-rise building such as a high-rise condominium with balconies.SOLUTION: A work gondola 5 is provided so as to be lifted and lowered along with a lifting wire 6, and a guide pole 10 is placed in the vertical direction of a building 2. The work gondola includes: an upper hanging part 11 that is attached to a guide pole 10 and a handrail part 3a of a balcony 3 of a floor; a lower hanging part 12 that is attached to a handrail 3a of other balconies 3 located below the floor; a locking part 13 for locking to the bottom of the balcony 3 of the floor. The guide pole 10 is removably attached to the external wall surface 4 of the balcony 3 using the upper hanging part 11, the lower hanging part 12 and locking part 13, a hook part 25 that is connected to the work gondola 5 is attached to the guide pole 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ベランダを有する高層マンションなどの高層建築物において、最上階から下層階まで仮設ガイドレールを一連に配置する大がかりな装置を設置することなく、簡易に組立ができ、外壁面への設置自由度が高く、かつ安価な作業用ゴンドラ装置を提供する。【解決手段】作業用ゴンドラ５を昇降ワイヤ６に沿って昇降可能に備え、建物２の上下方向に配置されるガイドポール１０を有し、該ガイドポール１０に一の階のベランダ３の手摺部３ａに取付ける上側掛着部１１と、その前記の一の階より下方に位置する他のベランダ３の手摺部３ａに取付ける下側掛着部１２と、前記一の階のベランダ３の底部に下方から係止する係止部１３とを設け、前記上側掛着部１１と前記下側上側掛着部１２と前記係止部１３により、前記ガイドポール１０をベランダ３の外壁面４に着脱可能に取付け、このガイドポール１０に、前記作業用ゴンドラ５に連結される引掛部２５を装着する。【選択図】図２
