BRIDGE REBUILD DEVICE AND BRIDGE REBUILD METHOD
To provide a bridge rebuild device which makes it possible to transport removal blocks of an existing superstructure on the upper surface side of a new superstructure used when rebuilding a bridge.SOLUTION: A bridge rebuild device comprises a lower facility unit 20 which is located below a new superstructure 60 and is supported by the new superstructure 60, and an upper facility unit 30 which is located above the new superstructure 60 and is supported by the new superstructure 60, the lower facility unit 20 comprises first lateral motion means for moving removal blocks to be removed by being cut and separated from an existing superstructure 50 to the outside in the bridge shaft perpendicular direction of the new superstructure 60, and the upper facility unit 30 comprises lifting means 32 for lifting the removal blocks at a height position above the new superstructure 60 and second lateral motion means for moving the removal blocks in the bridge shaft perpendicular direction and moving the same above the new superstructure 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】橋梁の架け替えの際に用いる新設上部構造の上面側で既設上部構造の撤去ブロックを搬送できるようにする。【解決手段】新設上部構造60の下方に位置して、新設上部構造60に支持される下方設備部20と、新設上部構造60の上方に位置して、新設上部構造60に支持される上方設備部30と、を有してなり、下方設備部20は、既設上部構造60から切断分離して撤去する撤去ブロックを、新設上部構造60の橋軸直角方向外側に移動させる第1の横移動手段を備えており、上方設備部30は、前記撤去ブロックを新設上部構造60よりも上方の高さ位置に吊り上げる吊り上げ手段32、および前記撤去ブロックを橋軸直角方向に移動させて新設上部構造60の上方に移動させる第2の横移動手段を備えている。【選択図】図1
