BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE AND CATCH BASIN EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
To provide a backflow prevention device which has a simple structure and high reliability, can have a water sealing function, is easy to maintain, hardly causes clogging of drainage by foreign matter, and does not require a dedicated installation space, and to provide a catch basin equipped with the device.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: There is provided a backflow prevention device consisting of a T-shaped cylindrical body with an outlet opening horizontally, an inlet opening vertically downward, and an inspection port opening vertically upward. The inspection port has a lid removably attached thereto, and the inlet is provided with backflow prevention means that allows the flow of wastewater through the inlet from the bottom upwards and prevents the flow of wastewater through the inlet from the top downwards. There is also provided a catch basin equipped with the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】構造が簡単で信頼性が高く封水機能を備えることが可能な逆流抑止装置において、メンテナンスが容易で排水の異物等による詰まりが生じ難く、専用の設置スペースを設ける必要がない逆流抑止装置および該装置を備えた排水ますを提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、水平方向に開口した流出口と、鉛直方向下向きに開口した流入口と、鉛直方向上向きに開口した点検口とを備えたＴ字型の筒状体において、点検口には蓋部が着脱自在に取り付けられ、そして流入口には、下から上へ向けて流入口を通過する排水の流れを許容し、上からから下へ向けて流入口を通過する排水の流れを阻止する逆流抑止手段が取り付けられた逆流抑止装置および該装置を備えた排水ますが提供される。【選択図】 図２
