To provide a draining member capable of identifying the positioning of a roof material protector.SOLUTION: A plate-shaped draining member 5 is applied to roof structure 2 including: a roof base 3; roof materials 6 that cover the roof base 3; and a roof protector 1 having a side edge covering part 1b covering side edges 60 of the respective roof materials 6. The plate-shaped draining member 5 is placed between the roof base 3 and the roof materials 6, and includes: a base part 500 placed on the roof base 3; and a blocking wall portion 5b rising from the base part 500. The blocking wall portion 5b is formed with an interrupting protrusion 5c1 protruding in a column direction Y. The interrupting protrusion 5c1 positions the roof protector 1 in a vertical direction Z through engagement with the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
