To further improve durability when an elastic member is interposed between an electromagnetic solenoid and a locking member to avoid damages to the electromagnetic solenoid.SOLUTION: An electric type locking-unlocking device 1 includes a locking member 2 that locks a cannula operation member 106, an electric drive device 3 that switches the locking member 2 between a locked position and an unlocked position and an elastic member 5 that is provided between the locking member 2 and the output part 3b of the electric drive device 3. The elastic member 5 is configured to elastically deform in response to compressive force directed from the locking member 2 side toward the electric drive device 3 side or compressive force directed from the electric drive device 3 side toward the locking member 2 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
