To mainly enable suppression and prevention of entering of rainwater to the inside of a building unit by a screening-plate-shaped waterproof sheet in an end even when a temporary weathering sheet is made small.SOLUTION: An upper surface temporary weathering member 5 of a building unit 3 includes a temporary weathering sheet 12 covering an upper side 11 of a building unit 3. The temporary weathering sheet 12 includes a screening-plate-shaped waterproof sheet 14 suspended to downward and covering the upper part of a side surface 6 of the building unit 3, in an end 13 of the temporary weathering sheet 12. The screening-plate-shaped waterproof sheet 14 may have a lateral width covering the upper part of a side surface 6 of another building unit 3A installed adjacently to the building unit 3. The screening-plate-shaped waterproof sheet 14 may include a string part for fixedly binding. The temporary weathering sheet 12 may include a falling waterproof cover covering a gap between the end and the screening-plate-shaped waterproof sheet 14, in the end 13 attached with the screening-plate-shaped waterproof sheet 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】主に、仮雨仕舞シートを小型にしても、端部の幕板状防水シートによって、建物ユニットの内部への雨水の入り込みを抑制または防止し得るようにする。【解決手段】建物ユニット３の上面仮雨仕舞部材５は、建物ユニット３の上辺部１１を覆う仮雨仕舞シート１２を備えている。仮雨仕舞シート１２は、端部１３に、下方へ垂れて建物ユニット３の側面６の上部を覆う幕板状防水シート１４を有している。幕板状防水シート１４は、建物ユニット３に隣接して設置された別の建物ユニット３Ａの側面６の上部を覆う横幅を有しても良い。幕板状防水シート１４は、固縛用の紐部を備えても良い。仮雨仕舞シート１２は、幕板状防水シート１４が取付けられた端部１３に、端部１３と幕板状防水シート１４との隙間を覆う立下防水カバーを有しても良い。【選択図】図２
