TELESCOPIC SCREW SPREADER
To provide an extendable screw spreader capable of continuously changing the width of a pavement material to be pushed and spread according to the width of a road surface to be constructed.SOLUTION: A telescopic screw spreader is provided with a telescopic screw mechanism. The telescopic screw mechanism consists of a plate-shaped, elastic circular ring that is cut left and right at one circumferential location, a first screw that spirally connects multiple circular rings by connecting the right portion of the cut portion of one circular ring with the left portion of the cut portion of an adjacent other circular ring, a first spindle, a rotary drive mechanism to rotate the first screw forward and/or backward using the first spindle as the axis of rotation, and a telescopic drive mechanism to move one end of the first screw relative to the other end along the first spindle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 施工対象路面の幅員に合わせて舗装用材料の押し広げ幅を連続的に変更することができる伸縮式のスクリュースプレッダーを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 周方向の一か所で左右に切断されている板状で弾性を有する円環体を構成要素とし、一の円環体の切断部の右側部分と、隣接する他の円環体の切断部の左側部分とを連結することによって複数枚の円環体を螺旋状に連結してなる第一スクリューと、第一支軸と、前記第一スクリューを前記第一支軸を回転軸として正回転及び／又は逆回転させる回転駆動機構と、前記第一スクリューの一方端を他方端に対して前記第一支軸に沿って相対的に移動させる伸縮駆動機構とを有している伸縮スクリュー機構を備える伸縮式スクリュースプレッダーを提供することによって上記課題を解決する。【選択図】 図１
