FIREPROOF AIRTIGHT STRUCTURE AND FIREPROOF BUILDING
To provide a fireproof airtight structure and a fireproof building which enable formation of a continuous airtight line along an outer peripheral wall, while using a ventilation fireproof material having flexibility as a fireproof material covering peripheries of an outer peripheral beam and a non-outer peripheral beam.SOLUTION: A fireproof airtight structure includes: an outer peripheral beam extending along an outer peripheral wall; a non-outer peripheral beam joined to the outer peripheral beam; a first fireproof material which has a first ventilation fireproof material composed of a fibrous material at a position covering an indoor side of the outer peripheral beam and is made to cover the periphery of the outer peripheral beam; a second fireproof material which has a second ventilation fireproof material composed of a fibrous material and is made to cover the periphery of the non-outer peripheral beam; a first airtight material covering the indoor side of the first ventilation fireproof material; and a second airtight material which partitions between the first fireproof material and the second fireproof material or between the second fireproof materials, is covered with the second fireproof material and thereby is formed in the periphery of the non-outer peripheral beam, is arranged so as to block a ventilation passage extending in an extension direction, and is connected to the first airtight material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
