To prevent damage by scattering of muddy water and excavation earth without depending on a protection wall and regardless of a head of a crane, in excavation construction of constructing inside steel pipes and various works relating to the excavation construction.SOLUTION: A scattering prevention device 1 has: a tubular body 13 having an insertion part 12 through which an in-steel pipe working device such as an excavation device can pass; a hopper-like guide part 15 provided on the head of the tubular body 13; an air jetting part 17 for jetting compression air toward the in-steel pipe working device passing through the insertion part 12; a connection part 19 for connecting the scattering prevention device 1 to the head of steel pipes 3; and a hood storage part 21 for storing a hood 7 of the in-steel pipe working device. When the in-steel pipe working device takes in and out of the steel pipes 3, the in-steel pipe working device surely passes through the insertion part 12 of the scattering prevention device 1. Therefore, the in-steel pipe working device surely receives an air jet flow from the air jetting part 17 at the time of passing, as a result, muddy water and excavation earth in the whole circumference of the in-steel pipe working device are removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼管類の内側を掘削する掘削施工やそれに関連する各種作業において、防護壁に頼ることなく、また、クレーンの揚程などに関わらず、泥水や掘削土の飛散による被害を防止する。【解決手段】飛散防止装置1は、掘削装置などの鋼管内作業装置が通過可能な挿通部12を有する管状本体13と、管状本体13の頭部に設けられたホッパー状のガイド部15と、挿通部12を通過する鋼管内作業装置に向けて圧縮エアーを噴射するエアー噴射部17と、飛散防止装置1を鋼管類3の頭部に対し接続する接続部19と、鋼管内作業装置のフード7を収容するフード収容部21を有している。鋼管内作業装置を鋼管類3内に出し入れする際に、該鋼管内作業装置は必ず飛散防止装置1の挿通部12を通過する。そのため、鋼管内作業装置は、通過時に確実にエアー噴射部17からのエアー噴流を受け、その結果、鋼管内作業装置全周の泥水や掘削土が除去される。【選択図】図3
