GROOVE MATERIAL FOR FORMING DRAIN DITCH
To provide a groove material for forming a drain ditch, which can be easily placed on a rooftop slab and can make the thickness of a protective concrete the minimum required thickness, when applying the protective concrete finish to the rooftop.SOLUTION: On a base body 4 made of a foamed resin and formed in a gutter shape with a U-shaped cross-section opening an upper side with side walls 3, 3 rising on both sides of a bottom part 2, an intermediate wall 5 rising from the bottom part 2 is provided in parallel with both side walls 3, 3 of the base body 4 at an intermediate position of both side walls 3, 3. An interval between both side walls 3, 3 is set to become a groove width of a drain ditch. Both side walls 3, 3 are formed as an upper end leveling part 6 for leveling the upper end of the drain ditch, and the intermediate wall 5 is formed as a groove bottom leveling part 7 for leveling the groove bottom of the drain ditch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 屋上に押さえコンクリート仕上げをする際に、屋上スラブ上に容易に配置でき、また、押さえコンクリートの厚さを必要な最低厚さとすることができる排水溝形成用溝材を得る。【解決手段】 発泡樹脂よりなり、底部2の両側に側壁3,3を立ち上げた上側を開口する断面U字形の樋状に形成した基体4に、基体4の両側壁3,3の中間位置に底部2から立ち上がる中間壁5を両側壁3,3と平行に設け、両側壁3,3の間隔は排水溝の溝幅に設定し、そして両側壁3,3は排水溝の上端レベルを出す上端レベル出し部6とし、また中間壁5は排水溝の溝底レベルを出す溝底レベル出し部7とした。【選択図】図1
