To provide an information processing device, vehicle, information processing method, and information processing program, which allow for suppressing execution of unnecessary UWB wireless ranging when UWB wireless ranging is performed according to a BLE wireless ranging result.SOLUTION: An information processing device is provided, comprising a ranging unit configured to allow a host device to communicate with a mobile terminal using BLE wireless communication and start ranging between the host device and the mobile terminal using UWB wireless communication when intensity of a signal associated with the BLE wireless communication is equal to or greater than a given threshold, a determination unit configured to determine whether or not a ranging result using the UWB wireless communication satisfies predetermined operating conditions, and a notification unit configured to notify the mobile terminal of a proposal for changing the threshold when the operating conditions are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
