To improve fire retardant property.SOLUTION: An airtight material 30 is applied to a fitting having a frame body 10 and a surface material installed on the frame body 10 and has a base part 31 to be attached to a frame 22 of the surface material, and an abutting part 32 to be abutted against the frame body 10. The base part 31 and the abutting part 32 are formed of thermally expansible member.
