CLOSED CROSS SECTION RIB STEEL FLOOR SLAB
To provide a steel floor slab capable of accurately preventing deck penetrating cracks in a closed cross section rib steel floor slab.SOLUTION: A closed cross section rib steel floor slab (1) comprises: a deck plate (11) which is formed into an approximately plate shape; and a closed cross section rib (12) which is welded to a back surface side of the deck plate (11) and extends in a bridge axis direction. The closed cross section rib (12) has: a close space (9) formed into a closed cross section shape in a bridge axis orthogonal direction; and an edge surface (13) attached to the back surface side of the deck plate (11) by melting a weld metal (15). A flat surface (13a) in which one long side of the edge surface (13) of the closed cross section rib (12) is chamfered is provided, the chamfered flat surface (13a) is brought into contact with the back surface of the deck plate (11) in approximately parallel. A part or all of the flat surface in contact with the back surface has an unwelded part. The edge surface (13) of the closed cross section rib (12) and the back surface of the deck plate (11) are groove weld.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
