JOINT STRUCTURE OF COLUMNS AND HORIZONTAL MEMBERS
To solve the problem in which in a so-called piece-and-piece type log house, a lower part of a horizontal member is prone to corrosion over time, and when it comes to maintenance, if a horizontal timber is a drop-in type that is inserted and engaged into a groove formed in a column, it cannot be removed without cutting it lengthwise, and when replacing it, it is difficult to later engage a column groove from the side and connect metal fittings such as through bolts that penetrate a vertical wall, so it is a structure that makes partial repair difficult, also, there is a method of retrofitting rail-type guide metal fittings for horizontal member, but if the guide metal fittings are one piece, there is a concern that the insulation performance of the building will decrease in cold regions and other areas where condensation is common.SOLUTION: A joint structure between columns and horizontal members includes a flat, elongated connecting member that is inserted from above and spans between a column-side vertical groove and a horizontal member-side vertical groove. The connecting member has a tongue that extends between a vertical surface of the column and an end face of the horizontal member in the middle in a vertical direction, and a positioning tongue that abuts on an upper surface of the horizontal member at its upper end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通称ピース・エン・ピースタイプのログハウスは、横積材は長期間になると下部が腐食しやすく、メンテナンスの際、柱に形成された溝に差し込み係合させている落とし込み式の横長材であれば長さ方向をカットしなければ取り外しができず又、交換の際には、後で横から柱溝に係合させて縦方向の壁に貫通する通しボルトなどの金物を連結させることが難しい構造なので部分補修が難しい構造といえる。また後付けでレール式の横積材用ガイド金物の方法もあるが、ガイド金物が一体であれば、寒冷地等の結露が多い地域では、建物の断熱性能の低下が懸念される。【解決手段】柱側縦溝と横積材側縦溝との間にまたがって上方から差し込まれて配置される平板状でかつ縦長状の連結材とを備え、連結材は上下方向の途中に柱の縦面と、横積材の端面との間に延びる舌片と、上端で横積材の上面に当接する位置決め舌片が形成される柱と横積材の結合構造。【選択図】図1
