FRICTION JOINING METHOD OF WOODEN MEMBER AND METHOD FOR DISASSEMBLING THE SAME
To provide a friction joining method of a wooden member which has high joint efficiency and can reduce a wood material cross section by configuring friction joint using a high-strength bolt.SOLUTION: A friction joining method of a wooden member 14 using a joint member 11 composed of a metal projection 16 having a threading part 15 and a steel plate 18 having a hole part 17 communicating with the threading part, a connector member 12 which is mounted continuously with the steel plate of the joint member and is made of steel, and a high-strength bolt 13 which is screwed to the threading part through the connector member, inserts the projection to an insertion hole 21 formed on a cut end of the wooden member, fits the hole part of the steel plate to the threading part of the projection, mounts the steel plate on the wooden member, fits the steel plate and the connector member to each other, screws the high-strength bolt to the threading part through the connector member and binds them to each other, and constitutes a friction joint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高力ボルトを用いて摩擦接合を構成することにより、接合効率が高く、木材断面を小さくすることができる木質部材の摩擦接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】ネジ切り部15を有する金属製の突出部16と、ネジ切り部と連通する孔部17を備えた鋼板18とから構成された接合部材11と、接合部材の鋼板と連設して取り付ける鋼製のコネクタ部材12と、コネクタ部材を介してネジ切り部に螺着する高力ボルト13と、を用いる木質部材14の摩擦接合方法であって、木質部材の木口に形成した挿入孔21に対して突出部を挿入し、突出部のネジ切り部に鋼板の孔部を沿わせると共に、鋼板を木質部材に取り付け、鋼板とコネクタ部材とを沿わせ、コネクタ部材を介してネジ切り部に高力ボルトを螺着して緊結し、摩擦接合を構成する。【選択図】図1
