VIBRATION CONTROL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING UNIT
To provide a vibration control structure for a building unit to suppress vibration in both vertical and horizontal directions with a small number of members in the building unit.SOLUTION: A vibration control structure for a building unit consists of a plurality of building units, left and right, and top and bottom, adjacent to each other. The vibration control structure comprises a flat plate type vibration control member arranged between a floor beam of an upper floor building unit and a ceiling beam of a lower floor building unit, a connection jig having a top surface portion that is stretched between top surfaces of the floor beams on both sides across a gap between the building units adjacent on the left and right, a bottom surface portion that is stretched between bottom surfaces of the ceiling beams on both sides across the gap, and a connection portion that connects the top surface portion and the bottom surface portion in the gap, and a joint member that is arranged on the opposite side of the flat plate type vibration control member across the connecting jig. The joint member has a coupling portion that couples the lower floor building units in a left-right direction and a vibration control portion that is provided on the top surface side of the coupling portion to contact the bottom surface of the floor beam of the upper floor building unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建物ユニットにおいて少ない部材により上下及び水平何れの方向においても振動を抑制することができるようにするためのユニット建物の防振構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物ユニットを左右及び上下に複数、隣接させて構成されるユニット建物の防振構造である。防振構造は、上階建物ユニットの床梁と下階建物ユニットの天井梁との間に配置される平板型防振部材と、左右に隣接する建物ユニット間の隙間を挟んだ両側の床梁の上面間に架け渡される上面部と、隙間を挟んだ両側の天井梁の下面間に差し渡される下面部と、上面部と下面部とを隙間において接続させる接続部とを有する接続治具と、接続治具を挟んで平板型防振部材の反対側に配置される結合部材とを備えている。結合部材は、左右方向において下階建物ユニット同士を連結する連結部と、連結部の上面側に設けられて上階建物ユニットの床梁の下面に接触させる防振部とを有する。【選択図】図4
