ADDITIVE COMPOSITION FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
To provide an additive composition for an extrusion molding hydraulic composition which improves workability during extrusion molding of the extrusion molding hydraulic composition which uses porous low quality fly ash having much unburnt carbon and to provide an extrusion molding hydraulic composition having excellent workability during extrusion molding even when porous low quality fly ash having much unburnt carbon is used.SOLUTION: There is provided an additive composition for an extrusion molding hydraulic composition, comprising the following components (A) and (B), wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the content of the component (A) to the content of the component (B) is 2.0 or more and 9.0 or less, the extrusion molding hydraulic composition comprising fly ash having a BET specific surface area is 0.5 m3/g or more and less than 12.0 m3/g and an ignition loss of 1% or more and 10% or less. Component (A): a copolymer comprising a monomer (1a) represented by the general formula (1a) and a monomer (2a) represented by the general formula (2a) as constituent monomers, in which the ratio of monomer (2a) in the total amount of the monomer (1a) and the monomer (2a) in the total constituent monomers is 15 mass% or more and 35 mass% or less and the weight average molecular weight is 40000 or more and 80000 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】未燃カーボンが多く、多孔質である低品質なフライアッシュを使用した押出成形水硬性組成物の押出成形する際の作業性を改善する、押出成形水硬性組成物用の添加剤組成物、及び未燃カーボンが多く、多孔質である低品質なフライアッシュを使用した場合においても、押出成形する際の作業性に優れる、押出成形水硬性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】下記(A)成分、(B)成分を含有し、(A)成分の含有量と(B)成分の含有量との質量比(A)/(B)が2.0以上9.0以下である、添加剤組成物であり、BET比表面積が0.5m3/g以上12.0m3/g未満、且つ強熱減量が1%以上10%以下であるフライアッシュを含む押出成形水硬性組成物用の添加剤組成物。(A)成分:一般式(1a)で示される単量体(1a)と、一般式(2a)で示される単量体(2a)とを構成単量体として含み、全構成単量体中、単量体(1a)と単量体(2a)の合計量中の単量体(2a)の割合が、15質量%以上35質量%以下であり、重量平均分子量が40000以上80000以下である、共重合体【選択図】なし
