EAVES SOFFIT STRUCTURE
To prevent lateral shifting and sagging at joints of adjacent eaves soffit boards in the width direction, and to improve the fixing strength to ceiling joists, etc.SOLUTION: In eaves soffit structure, a joint fitting 30E is provided at a joint between adjacent eaves soffit boards 1 in the width direction, and the joint fitting 30E comprises a fixed plate 39 fixed to a vertical surface of the fascia board substrate, exterior wall or ceiling joist, an upper panel 41 provided below the fixed plate 39 and located on an upper surface of the eaves soffit board 1, and a stopper portion 40 provided separately from the upper panel 41 and inserted into a butt portion of adjacent eaves soffit boards 1 in the width direction, the upper panel 41 has a slit 43 overlapping an upper surface groove 36 provided in the butt portion of adjacent eaves soffit boards 1 in the width direction, and the stopper comprises an engagement plate portion 44 overlapping the upper surface of the upper panel 41, and an engagement portion 45 fitted into the upper surface groove 36 of the butt portion of adjacent eaves soffit boards 1 via the slit 43 of the upper panel 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 47
【課題】幅方向に隣り合う軒天板の接合部分の横ずれ防止、垂れ防止及び野縁等に対する固定強度の向上を図る。【解決手段】幅方向に隣り合う軒天板1の接合部分にジョイント金具30Eを備え、前記ジョイント金具30Eが、鼻隠し下地、外壁もしくは野縁の縦面に固定される固定板39と、この固定板39の下方に設けられ、軒天板1の上面に位置する上面板41と、この上面板41と別体に設けられ、幅方向に隣り合う軒天板1の突合せ部分に挿し込まれるストッパー部40とからなり、前記上面板41は、幅方向に隣り合う軒天板1の突合せ部分に設けられた上面溝36に重なるスリット43を有し、前記ストッパーは、前記上面板41の上面に重なる係合板部44と、隣り合う軒天板1の突合せ部分の上面溝36に、前記上面板41のスリット43を介して嵌め込まれる嵌合部45とからなる、軒天構造とした。【選択図】図47
