To increase both the fixing strength of a wedge to a clamp and the fixing strength of the clamp to a support while reducing the number of parts and manufacturing steps.SOLUTION: A first clamping member 10 has first upper plate portions 11-13 extending radially and a first lower plate portion and a first vertical plate portion 17, and the first upper plate portions 11-13, the first lower plate portion and the first vertical plate portion 17 are integrally formed by a single plate material. In a second clamping member 20, second upper plate portions 21-23, a second lower plate portion and a second vertical plate portion 27 are integrally formed by a single plate material. A first pocket P1 is formed between the first upper plate portions 11-13 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction and between the first lower plate portions adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction.
