STRUCTURE OF GUIDE RAIL FOR OPENING/CLOSING BODY
To provide a structure of a guide rail for an opening/closing body capable of attaching a guide rail in a vertical direction on a foundation and a skeleton with steps without performing cutout using no fire and capable of suppressing quality degradation.SOLUTION: A structure 11 of a guide rail for an opening/closing body is attached on a pair of skeletons 25 at an opening part 15 and guides edge parts of width-direction both sides of the opening/closing body 19, which opens/closes the opening part 15. In the structure, the skeletons 25 have steps 49 produced through placing those lower surface smaller than an upper surface 48 of the foundation 47 erected from a floor surface 23 to be placed on a foundation 47, and the guide rail 11 for the opening/closing body is provided with: a fixation frame 51, of which a lower end is fixed on an inner surface 26 and an indoor surface (a front surface 27) of the skeleton 25 by being placed on the step 49; a support frame 59 fixed on the fixation frame 51 attached in a same length on the guide rail 57 of which the lower end reaches the floor surface 23; a fixation part 61 at a foundation opening side fixed on an opening inner surface 67 of the foundation 47; and a foundation connection member 63 fixing the support frame 59 and the fixation part 61 at the foundation opening side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】段差のある基礎と躯体に、鉛直方向のガイドレールを切欠くことなく無火気で取付けでき、品質低下を抑制できる開閉体用ガイドレールの構造を提供する。【解決手段】開口部１５における一対の躯体２５に取り付けられ、開口部１５を開閉する開閉体１９の幅方向両側縁部を案内する開閉体用ガイドレール１１の構造であって、躯体２５は、床面２３から起立する基礎４７の上面４８よりも小さい面の下面が載ることで段差４９を有して基礎４７に載置され、開閉体用ガイドレール１１は、下端が段差４９に載って開口内面２６と躯体２５の屋内の面（正面２７）とに固定される固定枠５１と、下端が床面２３に達するガイドレール５７に同一長で取り付けられて固定枠５１に固定される支持枠５９と、基礎４７の開口内面６７に固定される基礎開口側固定材６１と、支持枠５９と基礎開口側固定材６１とを固定する基礎連結材６３と、を設けた。【選択図】 図２
