PEDESTAL FIXING STRUCTURE AND REFORM METHOD
To provide a pedestal fixing structure and a reform method capable of preventing reduction in waterproofness and workability even in a waterproof floor material in which a flat securing part for fixing a pedestal is not integrally formed.SOLUTION: A pedestal fixing structure 1 comprises: a reception metal fitting 7 having a securing part 72 fixed to the upper surface of a structure frame 4 of an outdoor floor part formed in an upper floor and an upper plate 70 formed separately upward from the structure frame 4; a lower attachment metal fitting 8 having a bottom plate 80 fixed to the upper plate 70 and a rise part 81 extending upward from the bottom plate 80 to receive a pedestal 3 of a column 2; a connection metal fitting 7 projecting downward from the lower end of the column 2 erected in the outdoor floor part and connected to a rise part 82 of the lower attachment metal fitting 8; and a waterproof floor material 9 laid on the structure frame 4. The waterproof floor material 9 has an opening 90 exposing the upper plate 70 upward, and a waterproof sheet 10 is formed between the upper plate 70 and the bottom plate 80 to close the opening 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 柱脚部を固定するための平面固着部が一体形成されていない防水床材であっても、防水性及び施工性が低下することを防止できる柱脚固定構造及びリフォーム方法を提供する。【解決手段】柱脚固定構造１は、上階に形成される屋外床部の構造フレーム４の上面に固定される固着部７２と、構造フレーム４から上方に離間して形成される上板部７０と、を有する受け金具７と、上板部７０に固定される底板部８０と、底板部８０から上方に延びて柱２の柱脚部３を受ける立ち上がり部８１とを有する下部取付金具８と、屋外床部に立設される柱２の下端から下向きに突出し、下部取付金具８の立上がり部８２に連結する連結金具７と、構造フレーム４の上に敷設される防水床材９と、を備え、防水床材９は、上板部７０を上方に露出する開口９０を有し、上板部７０と底板部８０との間に開口９０を塞ぐ防水シート１０が形成される。【選択図】図１
