To provide a window lifting structure and a vehicle which are capable of improving assembling workability of a window glass.SOLUTION: A window lifting structure includes: a carrier plate including a circumferential groove having a groove opening provided with a groove width, a groove depth orthogonal to the direction of the groove width, and both side edges facing each other in the direction of the groove width, and extending in the circumferential direction along a plane orthogonal to the directions of the groove width and the groove depth, and a connecting section, the carrier plate being assembled with a window glass; a cable having one end connected to the connecting section, the cable being fitted into the circumferential groove from the position of the connecting section and extending along the circumferential groove, and further extending upward or downward; a drive section to which the other end of the cable is connected and moving the cable in the axial direction; and a restricting section extended from at least one side edge of both the side edges in the direction opposite to the direction of the groove depth or arranged so as to block the groove opening so as to restrict the cable from coming out of the circumferential groove when the carrier plate is about to rotate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
