To reliably transmit a pressing force to an earth retaining wall when installed between wales.SOLUTION: A strut device 20 arranged between opposing wales 11a, 11b comprises: a strut body 24 formed by connecting a plurality of strut members 22, 23 to each other; connecting end faces 33, 34 having an upper end that abuts against another adjacent strut member and a lower end that forms a gap 38 between another adjacent strut member; an upper cover plate 41 attached to upper surfaces of adjacent strut members; a lower cover plate 42 attached to lower surfaces of adjacent strut members; and a jack 26 provided on at least one strut member for expanding and contracting the entire length of the strut body. In a state where the strut body 24 is arranged straight between the wales, an axial tightening force is applied to the strut body 24 by the jack 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】腹起の間に据え付けた状態のもとで山留壁に押付力を確実に伝達し得るようにする。【解決手段】相互に対向する腹起11a、11b間に配置される切梁装置20であって、複数の切梁部材22、23を相互に連結して形成される切梁本体24と、隣り合う他の切梁部材に突き当てられる上端部、および隣り合う他の切梁部材との間で隙間38を形成する下端部が形成された連結端面33、34と、隣り合う切梁部材の上面に取り付けられる上側カバープレート41と、隣り合う切梁部材の下面に取り付けられる下側カバープレート42と、少なくとも1つの切梁部材に設けられ、切梁本体の全長を伸縮するジャッキと26、を有し、切梁本体24が腹起の間に真っ直ぐに配置された状態もとで、ジャッキ26により切梁本体24に軸方向の締め付け力を加えるようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
