To provide a water receiver tank that requires only a small space and can be maintained and cleaned in the same way as before.SOLUTION: A tank group comprises three single tanks whose capacity is 1/4 of a required water supply volume. Each of the single tanks can independently receive and drain water using a water receiving/drainage device. Control means is configured so that under normal conditions, the three tanks together hold 3/4 of the required water supply volume, and during cleaning, one specific tank among the three tanks is emptied and the other two tanks hold 1/2 of the required water supply volume. Renewal from an old two-tank type receiver water tank is conducted as follows. One tank of old two-tank type receiver tanks is collapsed and a remaining tank continues to supply the water, and two single tanks with a capacity of 1/4 of a renewal required water supply volume determined based on a water supply volume when already installed are installed in a space of a collapsed one tank. The water is supplied by the two single tanks, a remaining tank of the two-tank type receiver tanks is broken, and an additional tank is installed in the space of the collapsed one tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
