BUILDING AND REPAIRING METHOD OF EXISTING BUILDING
To provide a building for satisfying needs of reinforcement against an earthquake and extension with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A building 1 has an extension part 3 including a habitable room, extended to an existing part 2. The extension part 3 is provided above the existing part 2. A lower part of the extension part 3 is provided with a deformation layer 3a having columns 31 rotating in a vertical face in relation to the existing part 2 during an earthquake and an oil damper 34 for absorbing vibrational energy. When the deformation layer 3a deforms by the rotation of the columns 31, the extension part 3 functions as a TMD (tuned mass-damper).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震に対する補強と増築のニーズを簡易な構成によって満たすことのできる建物等を提供する。【解決手段】建物1は、既存部分2に対して増築された、居室を含む増築部3を有する。増築部3は、既存部分2の上方に設けられる。増築部3の下部には、地震時に既存部分2に対して鉛直面内で回転する柱31と、振動エネルギーを吸収するためのオイルダンパ34とを有する変形層3aが設けられ、変形層3aが柱31の回転により変形する際に、増築部3がTMD(チューンド・マス・ダンパー)として機能する。【選択図】図1
