The column member comprises two column member-side opposing portions that can be fixed to the fixed member, at the ends in the vertical direction, and are opposite in a cross direction intersecting the vertical direction with space therebetween. The fixed member comprises a fixed member-side opposing portion that is opposite to each of the two column member-side opposing portions.
