To reduce the number of parts, to simplify the attaching/detaching work of a frame unit to/from an installation frame, and to improve a water cut-off structure when the frame unit such as a sash is detachably assembled to the installation frame installed on a skeleton opening.SOLUTION: Indoor side and outdoor side projecting pieces 13b, 13d projecting toward a sash upper frame 4 are provided on an installation upper frame 13, while indoor side and outdoor side abutting pieces 4b, 4e abutting against the indoor side and outdoor side projecting pieces 13b, 13d are provided on the sash upper frame 4 by incorporating the sash upper frame into the installation upper frame from the outdoor direction, the indoor side projecting piece 13b and the indoor side abutting piece 4b, and the outdoor side projecting piece 13d and the outdoor side abutting pieces 4b, 4e are fastened together with screws 17, 18, a screw 18 fastening section is positioned closer to the indoor side than the outdoor side end sections of the installation upper frame and the sash upper frame, the outdoor side of the screw 18 fastening section is terminated at an opening 19, and a water cut-off member 20 is arranged on the indoor side of the opening 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】躯体開口部に設置される設置枠にサッシ等の枠ユニットを着脱自在に組み付ける場合に、部品点数の削減、枠ユニットの設置枠への取り付け、取り外し作業の簡略化を図るとともに、止水構造の向上を図る。【解決手段】設置上枠13に、サッシ上枠4に向けて突出する屋内側、屋外側突出片13b、13dを設ける一方、サッシ上枠4に、サッシ上枠を屋外方向から設置上枠に組み込むことで屋内側、屋外側突出片13b、13dに当接する屋内側、屋外側当接片4b、4eを設け、これら屋内側突出片13bと屋内側当接片4b、屋外側突出片13dと屋外側当接片4b、4eとをネジ17、18で締結するとともに、ネジ18締結部を設置上枠、サッシ上枠の屋外側端部よりも屋内側に位置させるとともにネジ18締結部の屋外側を開口19し、該開口19の屋内側に止水部材20を配設した。【選択図】図4
