To provide a trap that does not cause siphon phenomenon and an interceptor with the same, wherein the interceptor can achieve maximum inhibition efficiency that the interceptor has without agitating floating fats and oils in a separation chamber as much as possible, and is easy to clean and inexpensive.SOLUTION: A drainage outflow chamber is a hollow chamber into which drainage from a separation chamber flows, an upper part of the drainage outflow chamber is closed in an airtight manner with a detachable cover, an opening is provided in the cover, the opening is closed in an airtight manner by an on-off valve provided inside the drainage outflow chamber of the cover to make the inside of the drainage outflow chamber a sealed space, the on-off valve is configured to open inside the drainage outflow chamber when the inside of the drainage outflow chamber is under negative pressure to relieve the negative pressure by drawing air into the drainage outflow chamber through the opening, a water outlet for discharging drainage to sewage is provided at a position higher than a communication port on an immediate downstream side of the drainage outflow chamber, and the drainage outflow chamber itself serves as a trap to prevent entry of odors and insects from the sewage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分離室で浮上する油脂類を可能な限り攪拌することなく、阻集器が有する最大限の阻集効率を発揮でき、清掃が簡単で安価な阻集器を提供すること、サイホン現象が発生しないトラップとそのトラップを有する阻集器を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】排水流出室は、分離室からの排水が流入する中空室であり、排水流出室の上部は、着脱可能な蓋で気密状に閉じられるとともに、この蓋には開口が設けられ、この開口は、蓋の排水流出室内側に設けられた開閉弁によって気密状に閉じられて排水流出室内を密閉空間とし、開閉弁は、排水流出室内が負圧になると排水流出室内側に開いて、開口から排水流出室内に空気を取り込んで負圧を解消するようになされており、排水流出室の直下流側には、排水を下水へと流出させる流出口が連通口よりも高い位置に設けられ、排水流出室そのものが下水からのにおいや虫の侵入を防ぐためのトラップであることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
