To provide floor panels that are strong, have high joint strength between top and bottom panels, and can suppress distortion of the bottom panel.SOLUTION: A core 2 comprises an upper surface 2a, a lower surface 2b and a side surface 2c. A lower plate 4 comprises a lower surface covering portion 4a covering the lower surface 2b of the core 2. An upper plate 3 comprises: an upper surface covering portion 3a covering the upper surface 2a of the core 2; an upper plate side surface covering portion 3b continuously bent from the upper surface covering portion 3a to cover the side surface 2c; an upper plate side surface extension portion 3c continuously extending downward from the upper plate side surface covering portion 3b; an upper plate side surface folding portion 3d continuously folded back from the upper plate side surface extension portion 3c; and a joint portion 30 which is continuously folded from the upper plate side surface folding portion 3d along the lower surface covering portion 4a and overlapping the lower surface of the lower plate 4 to be joined together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
