COVER THICKNESS MEASUREMENT METHOD, AND COVER THICKNESS MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
To provide a cover thickness measurement method and a cover thickness measurement system for measuring cover thickness while suppressing groundwater outflow.SOLUTION: A cover thickness measurement system 10 measures a cover thickness of an existing concrete pile having a pressure-resistant board attached around an upper periphery. A control section 21 of the cover thickness measurement system 10 acquires measured reflection properties around an exploration hole of transmitted waves emitted from a radar exploration device 15 inserted into the exploration hole formed to extend vertically in the existing pile. The control section 21 calculates an outer peripheral position and a position of a pile main reinforcement of the existing pile using the acquired measured reflection properties, and identifies the cover thickness of the existing pile using the calculated outer peripheral position and the position of the pile main reinforcement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
