PILE INSTALLATION/REMOVAL MACHINE, AND PILE INSTALLATION METHOD USING PILE INSTALLATION/REMOVAL MACHINE
To provide a pile installation/removal machine capable of improving unstable work as supporting a pile with one hand when pulling out the pile by grasping the pile, or boring a hole to install the pile and filling sediment and the like and to drive the pile because work relating the installation of a small pile used to depend on man power.SOLUTION: A frame body 3 and a frame body 7 of a pile installation/removal machine 1 are connected on both ends of a shaft 9. A pile A is covered with the frame body 3 and the shaft 9 is held with a hand to push and pull the frame body 3 side in a longitudinal direction, and more to swing the same in a right/left direction. This makes a shaft part a2 move to easily release friction between the shaft part a2 and sediment therearound. After that, only slightly lifting the frame body 7 side of the shaft 9 allows the pile A to be pulled out of a ground (G). Further, pushing and pulling the frame body side in the longitudinal direction and swinging the same in the right/left direction allow fine adjustment upon installation of the pile. When driving the pile with a hammer, one of the frame bodies is made clamped on a temporary fixation pile so as not to be inclined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】従来は、小型の杭に係る作業は人力に頼っており、杭を手で掴んで引き抜いたり、また、孔を掘って杭を立て込んで土砂等を詰めたり、杭を打ち込んだりする際には片方の手で杭を支えながらの不安定な作業になっていた。【解決手段】杭設置・抜き機1は、シャフト9の両端部に枠体3と枠体7が連結されている。枠体3を杭Aに被せ、シャフト9を握って、枠体3側を前後方向に押したり引いたり、更には左右方向に振り回す。これにより軸部a2も動かされて、軸部a2とその周囲の土砂との摩擦が容易に解かれる。その後は、シャフト9の枠体7側を軽く持ち上げるだけで、杭Aを地面(G)から容易に引き抜くことができる。また、杭の設置の際には、前後方向に押したり引いたり、更には左右方向に振り回すことで、微調整できる。更に、杭をハンマーで叩いて打ち込んだりする際に傾倒しないように一方の枠体を仮止め杭にクランプさせる。【選択図】 図4
