To provide a disk tumbler lock device that is compatible with specific existing locks and keys and has improved security.SOLUTION: A key 3 of a disc tumbler lock device 1 has a key cross-sectional shape that can be inserted into the keyway 106 of a specific disc tumbler lock device 101, and has a first code part 5a on one side edge that places a group 105 of the disc tumblers of the specific disc tumbler lock device 101 in the unlocked position, and a second code part 5b on the other side edge. The keyway 7 has a spatial cross-sectional shape that prevents the insertion of a key 103 of the specific disc tumbler lock device 101. There are a first group 51 of disc tumblers that is equivalent to the specific disc tumblers 105 and a second group 52 of disc tumblers which is different. The first group of disc tumblers 51 is placed in the unlocked position by the first code part 3a of the key 3, and the second group of disc tumblers 52 is placed in the unlocked position by the second code part 3b of the key 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
