To provide a cement composition for a carbonated buried formwork, a carbonated buried formwork, etc. in which strength and salt-blocking property are improved by carbonation.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cement composition for a carbonated buried formwork, etc. containing 0 to 75 mass% of a Portland cement clinker A, 25 to 100 mass% of a clinker B containing the following minerals at a ratio of the following (a) and (b), and 1 to 5 pts.mass of gypsum in terms of SO3 with respect to the total of 100 pts.mass of the clinker A and clinker B. (a) 0 to 15 pts.mass of 3CaO*Al2O3 is contained with respect to 100 pts.mass of 2CaO*SiO2, and the total of 10 to 100 pts.mass of 2CaO*Al2O3s*SiO2, and 4CaO*Al2O3*Fe2O3 are contained.
