To provide a soundproof floor panel unit capable of installing a soundproof floating floor in only a portion of a predetermined area.SOLUTION: A soundproof floor panel unit 10 comprises: a frame 20 placed over an installation surface that is a part of a floor; a vibration isolator 30 placed over the installation surface inside the frame 20; and a floor panel 40 placed over the vibration isolator 30 inside the frame 20 and forming a predetermined space 80 between the installation surface in the vertical direction. In the frame 20, an opening 70 is formed to connect the predetermined space 80 to the outside of the frame 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
