BAR ARRANGEMENT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, AND BAR ARRANGEMENT MEASUREMENT METHOD
To provide a bar arrangement measurement system and method for measuring any of a diameter of a steel bar, a pitch, a length of a steel bar, and the number of steel bars with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Heating means 10 heats a part of a target steel bar layer 20a to be measured among a plurality of steel bar layers 20 constituting a bar arrangement 2. A thermal image acquisition control section 101 photographs the heated target steel bar layer 20a with a monocular thermo camera 11 and acquires a thermal image showing the target steel bar layer 20a. A conversion control section 102 converts two-dimensional positions of steel bars in the target steel bar layer 20a in the acquired thermal image in a photographic coordinate system into three-dimensional positions in a world coordinate system. An identification control section 103 identifies boundaries of the steel bars in the target steel bar layer 20a in the acquired thermal image. A measurement control section 104 measures bar arrangement information including any of a diameter of the steel bar, a distance between two neighboring steel bars, a longitudinal length of a specific steel bar, and the number of steel bars included in the target steel bar layer 20a, based on the three-dimensional position of a transformed boundary L of the steel bar in the world coordinate system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋の径、ピッチ、鉄筋の長さ、鉄筋の本数のいずれかを精度高く測定する配筋測定システム及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】加熱手段10は、配筋2を構成する複数の鉄筋層20のうち、測定対象となる対象鉄筋層20aの一部を加熱する。熱画像取得制御部101が、加熱された対象鉄筋層20aを単眼のサーモカメラ11で撮影して、当該対象鉄筋層20aを示す熱画像を取得する。変換制御部102が、取得された熱画像内の対象鉄筋層20aにおける鉄筋の写真座標系の二次元位置を世界座標系の三次元位置に変換する。特定制御部103が、取得された熱画像内の対象鉄筋層20aにおける鉄筋の境界線を特定する。測定制御部104が、変換された鉄筋の境界線Lの世界座標系の三次元位置に基づいて、当該鉄筋の径、隣接する二つの鉄筋間の距離、特定の鉄筋の長手方向の長さ、対象鉄筋層20aに含まれる鉄筋の本数のいずれかを含む配筋情報を測定する。【選択図】図1
