An asphalt mixture construction method of the invention includes obtaining the asphalt mixture by heating and mixing the asphalt, the aggregate and the fatty acid compound, loading the asphalt mixture in a state of 150°C or higher on a transport vehicle, transporting the asphalt mixture by the transport vehicle to the construction site by taking 2.2 hours or more, and constructing the asphalt mixture at the construction site.SELECTED DRAWING: None
