LIGNEOUS LOAD BEARING WALL
To provide a ligneous load bearing wall that is excellent in sound isolation property, fire resistance, and earthquake resistance while using a ligneous member as the wall.SOLUTION: A ligneous load bearing wall 10A is provided within a structure plane of a column-beam frame, and comprises a plurality of steel studs 11 located spaced apart a predefined interval, ligneous wall parts 12A, 12B located as a pair so as to sandwich the plurality of steel studs 11 in a wall thickness direction Dt, and a filling part 13 formed by filling a sound isolation material of a fiber-based material in a space between the ligneous wall parts 12A, 12B. The steel studs 11 are fixed to top and bottom steel beams configuring the column-beam frame through bolt joints.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】壁として木質の部材を使用しつつも、遮音性と、耐火性、耐震性に優れた、木質耐力壁を提供する。【解決手段】木質耐力壁10Aは、柱梁架構の構面内に設けられる木質耐力壁10Aであって、所定の間隔をおいて配置される複数の鋼製間柱11と、複数の鋼製間柱11を壁厚方向Dtで挟むように、対として配置されている木質壁部12A、12Bと、木質壁部12A、12B同士の間の空間に、繊維系材料の遮音材が充填されて形成されている充填部13と、を備え、鋼製間柱11が柱梁架構を構成する上下の鉄骨梁にボルト接合を介して固定されている。【選択図】図3
