To provide a towing float body and a towing method capable of stably towing a suction bucket jacket directly to an installation site without towing in a lifting manner with a floating crane as in the conventional method.SOLUTION: A towing float body 40 of a suction bucket jacket 100 having a plurality of suction buckets 10 includes at least: a hollow main body portion 41; and a bucket holding portion 42 arranged around the main body portion 41 and capable of holding each of the suction buckets 10. The main body portion 41 is capable of being moved in and out of a position surrounded by the plurality of floating suction buckets 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来のようにフローティングクレーンによって揚重して曳航することなく、サクションバケットジャケットを直接設置場所まで安定して曳航することが可能な、曳航用浮体及び曳航方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数のサクションバケット１０を有するサクションバケットジャケット１００の曳航用浮体４０であって、前記曳航用浮体４０は、中空の本体部４１と、該本体部４１の周囲に設けられるとともにそれぞれの前記サクションバケット１０を保持することが可能なバケット保持部４２と、を少なくとも有し、前記本体部４１は、浮遊する複数の前記サクションバケット１０に囲われた位置に出入させることが可能であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
